About the room
Close to many of the beaches in the area and the malls. Near local college. Close to local rec center and pool. 8.5x9.5 room with closet. 1 1/2 bath (second bathroom being used for storage). Washer/dryer on site, internet, power, and utilities included.
Bed and linens will be supplied. Full size mattress futon (2 mattresses).
Renter’s insurance required. Background check at $55. First and last month rent. There is a a link I will send you for a lease just to cover us both.
About the roomies
45 yr old father, does tech support for local college. Has an XboxOne, PS3, PS5, and WiiU. Home usually only on weekends and at night. Has his own room. 31 Yr old female veterinary assistant shares room with me.
7yr old boy, has his own room. Has no stranger danger, and loves giving hugs to everyone, or asks to play with his toys with him. Shares his time here and at his mom’s.
Three cats, one at a year old one at 4 years, and third at 13 years.. Two dogs, one 4 yr old Doberman and a 6 month old Husky.
