About the room
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared access to a kitchen and a comfortable living room. The property is located in a gated, safe community. We also have A/C to keep things cool, and a shared parking spot that we alternate using every other week. The area is super convenient—there’s a grocery store and CVS within walking distance, and we’re just a 5–10 minute drive from CSUN.
About the roomies
Hey! I’m a super chill and easygoing person who enjoys a peaceful, friendly home. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I always communicate if something comes up. I’m not loud or disruptive, and I’m totally fine with people hanging out. I’m also very open to becoming friends with my roommate(s), but I totally respect personal space too. Just looking to live with someone cool and considerate!
