Andrew's room

I have two bedrooms available, one is furnished and the other is not; I may or may not rent out both bedrooms. I have keyed both of the available bedrooms for your added privacy/peace of mind. I have just installed a new A/C unit and home security system (awaiting cameras). The neighbors are all friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Close access to the highway or train station (if we ever need that again). I’m looking to get some new furniture first on the list is a couch, maybe you can help me pick one out. The bathroom would be shared in the event that there is another roomie besides you, i.e., it’s yours–it’s just in the hallway.

Just me and two cats. I used to work in downtown Seattle but now I’ve been WFH for a while and will be for the foreseeable future… Currently there are no other roomies, but I might rent out an additional room later. Other than that I’m laid-back, outdoorsy, go to the gym, up for trying most things!
