South Pasadena adjacent room w/ ensuite bath for rent - $1,375/mo
For rent – one bedroom with private, ensuite bath, large closet and separate entrance in my home close to Monterey Hills, just south of South Pasadena. One person only. Unfurnished - but dresser, cabinet and large bookcase are optional (pictured) and a bed can be provided. The house has central AC/heating and backyard with patio, there is plenty of unrestricted parking. I have a small, friendly dog.
The rent is $1,375 per month for a 6-month lease (thereafter month to month). Move in: First-month rent and $1,375 security deposit, with non-refundable $40 for credit check.
UTILITIES and WIFI included, with kitchen, dining room and garden privileges.
Basic tenant criteria:
- You must be employed, must pass a credit check, be neat and respectful. No drugs or smoking, etc.
About the neighborhood:
- A lovely park is located across the street for walks, hikes and picnics
- The vibrant Figueroa St. scene with lots of restaurants and shops is only a mile away
- The location is just south of South Pasadena and east of Highland Park and within striking distance to Pasadena, Alhambra and El Sereno; close to downtown L.A.
- #110 Harbor Freeway exit and entrance are less than a mile away
- The Highland Park Metro stop is about 1.5 miles away
