This newly-remodeled condo is in walking distance to the Century City mall, in a very convenient location. Brand new in-unit washer dryer, gas fireplaces, tons of natural light. This is secure access with an intercom.
You will have your own room with its own balcony, your own bathroom (there is an additional guest bathroom as well), and a tandem parking space. Parking is also convenient on this street. There is storage on each floor should you need it.
The neighbors are very friendly, and the building is generally very quiet.
I am very asthmatic so I asked if the place to be kept fragrance, smoke, and pet free.
I will cover internet and cable.
About the roomies
I am 37, work in healthcare management, and hang out with my friends or workout in my spare time. I rarely have guests over, and like to cook. I am looking for someone that is quiet and respectful of the space.
