Times are hard far as living situations are very expensive I’m willing to share my space and just try to make things work out for the long run team work make the dream work I have a 1 bedroom apt however you can choose to rent out my living room space or my bedroom the room is not furnished must bring your own bed .I do have a couch and open space if u want to rent out my living room I don’t use eighter or is fine with me .I’m clean I’m respectful and I mind my business I am gay so hope thats not a problem..and I expect rent payments on time no exceptions..very nice neighborhood serious inquiries only thanks for your time…and i don’t do couples sorry ..

I live Alone I don’t have roomies.i stay close to Walmart and restraunts walking distance.all I ask is for first month rent when moving in …
