I am a 54 year old small business owner who works evenings/nights. I have a 2 year old daughter who will be living with me a few days a week. I have a dog who likes to stick to her areas in the garage, my room or outside. I quiet and like to keep a clean house. I will expect the same from roommate. Looking for female only roommates as I had some issues having a male roommate in the past. Please no overnight guests.
