This rental has a furnished bedroom on the second floor. We have supplied comfy sheets and bedding if you want to use them instead of your own and it also has blackout drapes, otherwise the room gets plenty of natural light. We will be sharing a full bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks and plenty of drawers/under the sink space for your own toiletries, shampoo etc. and we can share the re-supply of toilet paper. The shared laundry is also on this upper level; plan to provide your own preferred detergents. In the main level kitchen area you can use kitchen supplies already provided these include most of the basics like a coffee pot, small rice cooker, cooking pans, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. along with many usable items I am willing to share such as spices–plenty of them–paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, cooking oils, tea, and honey; these are the types of things which we would share cost to replace as needed. I use a water dispenser (piping hot and cold water options) which any roommate will share the responsibility of keeping restock jugs filled and available. Also on the main level we have a half bath, living room with couch, coffee table, drum kit (sadly, it is rarely used), and Smart TV. Out back the yard is relatively private with a cool little hangout patio area featuring chairs, bistro lights and a bbq. The patio, backyard and garage–when cold or stormy outside, are the shared areas where smoking is allowed. All around the home there are a lot of close, easy, bike friendly walkways and small parks throughout the neighborhood. Some walking paths feel more like short hikes in the woods and are very peaceful. My mom has joked that she is walking in the “neighborwoods” when she goes that route. Quiet neighborhood, low drama neighborhood with an HOA that maintains front yards. The house is really beautiful. We just put laminate flooring on the main level and brand new white carpets upstairs so shoes will need to be removed as a rule. There are also some kids that come to visit.

I am a really easy going person, I generally work evening shifts at my job as a bartender and come home from work pretty late (1am-3am). I like to maintain a clean and organized yet comfortable, low key, chill environment. I enjoy music and playing my guitar when I have time. I do play music on my speaker (which I leave in the bathroom for others to use as well) when I get ready for work or sometimes downstairs when cleaning.
