Private bathroom, 2 kitchens, professional group house with a clean and fully furnished master bedroom with private bathroom. Coed house, mostly female early 20 to late 20s. 5 mins walk to Forest Glen Metro. Very clean, organized and quiet. Plenty of parking in a great quiet neighborhood. Cats only are welcomed for 30$ additional per month, there’s a standing desk for work from home, bed frame, chair, dresser, night stand and etc. Internet is fast and the house is well updated with many safety and security systems. All doors have a personal 4 digit PIN number to enter. Well organized, comfortable kitchen, entertainment center with Netflicks, HBO and an extra large deck to relax in during the summer. Established group house where members have lived for 4+ year. Utilities are for water, gas and electric split amount the house mates( roughly 65$ - 70$)
