Looking to rent out a bedroom to a responsible, pet friendly, clean and respectful individual. My home is a split floor plan and you will have access to your own remodeled, private bathroom. My home is located in beautiful Cypress Springs neighborhood and minutes from 417, East/West Expressway, I-4, S.R. 50, UCF and Valencia. Nearby Waterford Lakes that has shopping and restaurants and within 8 miles of downtown Orlando and all it has to offer. Neighborhood is tucked off the main roads with mature vegetation, miles of walking/running paths, pool and tennis courts. Power, water and internet included in rent.
About the roomies
