Room #2 is a private room in a newly flipped 3 bd 2 bath home. Clean & comfortable. Brand new queen size bed, nightstand, and almost everything upon moving in (2024). Each room has a Hisense 55 4K TV and is key-entry for privacy. Front loader washer and dryer.

Working professional, single occupancy, absolutely no smoking/vaping. No remote workers, pets and/or overnight guests. Shared bathroom w/ a male in his early 20’s. He will be leaving in May 2026. Room #1 and #2 shares hallway with a bathroom in between.

Free or easy parking. Will require background check.

It is me and my dog, Bella Rose (Miniature Schnauzer). I work from home. House is clean, quiet, and I keep to myself. Room #1 is currently being rented out by a 22 years old male; hardworking and kind young man. He will be leaving in May 2026.
