Management and Maintenance are highly communicative and timely; quiet community of fewer students and more Conway locals, pets are allowed, and people tend to clean up after themselves; located down the street from UCA. Rent is typically 454.5 split between two. Wifi and electricity are through Conway Corp at a very reasonable price; water is paid for. Potential perk: The lease takeover would be from August-September. UPA is currently running a promotion for people who renew leases. If you don’t like the area, you’re free after a month; if you do, you’re still eligible for the promotion!
