Looking for an easy going, friendly roommate. We have a 3 bed 2 bath house in Long Beach. 7 minutes north of CSULB, 5 minutes from LBX Airport, 5 minutes from El Dorado Park.
The spacious bedroom (10’ x 14’) with a shared bathroom is available for rent @ $1,300/month.
The house has lots of windows with great natural lighting, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a yard space. Comes with on-site laundry & plenty of street parking. You’d be sharing the house with 2 women (working professionals) who are the very sweetest and outgoing!!
Utilities range ~$100-150 per month. You will have to fill out a $50 rental application that would include a credit and background check. $1,300 security deposit required.
No pets. No smoking.
