I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in St. Peters about a mile from Francis Howell North. It’s a split foyer home and in a great location in an established neighborhood. Highway 70 and 364 are about 4 miles away. The St. Peters Rec Plex 3 miles away and Wapelhorst Park is a mile down the road. There are numerous bike trails nearby as well.

1 of 3 rooms will be available for rent starting July 1st (possibly June 1st). The larger master room is furnished and will be available for $650. The spare bedroom is furnished and available for $600. The unfurnished spare is available for $550. Internet, Water, Trash, Gas and Electric included with garage space for 2, street parking and private bathroom in the master bedroom. Let me know if you are interested and which room. I am also open to renting the entire house for $1700 with all utilities included that is in reasonable use.
