PENDING ONE (1) HOUSEMATE WANTED Share my 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home just off 70th & Vine. Owner is the primary tenant. An affordable adult living opportunity whether you are starting out, starting over, or just looking for some relief from high rental costs. Room is furnished, but we can change curtains and bed furnishings to your taste. I just used what I had for pictures. Rent includes internet, utilities, trash, washer/dryer, snow removal, lawn care, full access and use all common living spaces, dedicated, cabinet, fridge, and freezer space, 55“ TV with Fire Stick/Roku streaming in the living room, 37“ TV with Roku in your bedroom (if desired), and one (1) dedicated paved parking space right next to the house. A small charcoal grill and a separate smoker are located under the covered back porch and hoping for a few fish veggies this summer . Bathroom is a shared shower, but the rest is all yours as I have a half bath off my room. Conveniently located to most of the city, including UNL, NE Wesleyan University, Southeast Community College, the mall, food and entertainment, shopping, assorted churches, multiple hospitals, medical clinics and facilities, grocery stores, Bethany Park, Mahony Park, and Jaycee-Kahoa Park. Multiple easy routes to interstate access. 20 minutes or less you can be most anywhere in the city. My work requires me to maintain security and/or public trust clearances, so a thorough background check is required. No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property. Sorry, no children or additional pets. Deposit: $500 (Due at signing of agreement.) Rent: $800/per month due on the first each month. Rental options from 3+ months. Short term rentals from 2-6 months may be considered. Please allow up to 10 business days for the application and background check review process. There is a $50 background check fee due at time of application. There is NO additional application fee.

I have 3 cats that will probably hide for quite a while until they get to know you. When I am not working I am a largely a homebody who tinkers in the yard and around the house, spends time with my cats, watches TV, or attends to work I bring home. I have many different interests, enjoy good conversations, music, nature, sports, movies, grilling, and simple things.
