My name is Susan. I’m a single woman who works as a business administrator in higher education/ University. I have a single occupancy second/spare furnished upstairs bedroom, 1 private full bathroom immediately outside bedroom (with bath tub) available for rent in my townhouse located in La Jolla, California (La Jolla Village area). It is located 1.1 miles from UCSD, 3.2 miles from La Jolla Shores beach, and walkable to La Jolla Village Square Mall: (Ralphs, Trader Joes, Starbucks, restaurants, dentist, Pilates, Yoga, movie theater), the San Diego Trolley, and multiple bus stops.

I would like to have someone here for 4 months or longer. It is just me and my 2 Boston Terriers.

My current boarder is a lovely undergraduate Visiting Scholar female aged 21 from Brazil at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. Before her, I had a 22 year old female Visiting Scholar (Master’s degree) from France with an appointment with UCSD on the medical side.

I have just remodeled my kitchen, bedrooms, and all three bathrooms.

I am very respectful and would keep them out of your room. On the weekends, I like to go on walks, church, play pickle ball, dog shows, gardening, shopping, and hang out with friends.
