I have ONE room available for rent in a 3-bedroom mountain view condo in the Centennial Hills NW area. The condo is on the 2nd floor of the building and comes with a community pool and a mountain view in a gated community. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area with easy access to shopping, parks, gyms, and highways all within 10 minutes.

RENT: $750 / month (includes utilities and internet)

DEPOSIT: $750

-BEDROOMS: Spacious, with closet, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Fresh coat of white paint. Bright and cozy, fits a queen bed or full-size bed for more comfort, and space for a desk or additional furniture.

-SHARED BATHROOM: You’ll share the bathroom with the other roommate (female). The condo is well-maintained and clean.

-LAUNDRY: In-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

-MOVE-IN DATE: AVAILABLE for viewing now & can move in as early as August 1st.

ABOUT THE CONDO:

-LOCATION: 2nd-floor unit with views of the mountains. High ceilings. No carpet. Gated community.

-AMENITIES: Community pool, peaceful surroundings.

-PARKING: Open parking lot with no assigned spaces. You can park anywhere in the lot, except the spots with overhead coverings (those are reserved for specific units, not ours).

LOOKING FOR: Responsible, respectful adults in their 20’s to 30’s. Preferably someone who works a daytime schedule (example: 9 am - 5 pm or similar), as I’m looking to keep the condo environment calm and quiet in the evenings and a good night rest throughout the nights.

No lazy people.

-Non-smokers only. I’m looking for a healthy and quiet living space, and I’d prefer roommates who share that same lifestyle.

-No gaming or late-night loud activities. Ideally, someone who values a balanced lifestyle and respects shared spaces.

Clean and tidy: I prefer someone who takes care of the space and helps keep the common areas clean.

Background check required before officially moving in.

I work full time, and enjoy a relaxed, peaceful home environment while enjoying nature and working on my goals. I like a respectful atmosphere.
