I’m currently at Belmont Village Apartments and have a room available with kitchen, dining, and living area as a shared space. Total, there’s 1100sq ft. There’s also a nice sized balcony with some furniture. A community pool sits in the middle of the parking lot. There’s also a dishwasher. I have 2 cats living with me, so you must be okay with cats. Internet included in rent cost. Electric is split.

The lease will be modified for a new tenant being added to the unit and will renew June 2026. Must apply through the leasing office to be added to my lease. Good credit or a qualified cosigner is required by the leasing office.

Laundry room is downstairs. They just upgraded to an app based pay system from using quarters. There’s also a storage closet downstairs for each unit. One of the yellow and black bins is empty and I have 1 or 2 more available for use if they’re needed.

Hi! I’m Steve. I spend a lot of time outside during the warmer seasons paddling, fishing, cycling, camping, hiking, all the outdoor things. I have a lot of hobbies that keep me pretty occupied so you might not see me too much. When I’m not outside or at work and not doing chores and errands, I watch tv or play videogames and boardgames if I have friends over.

All I ask for in a roommate is clear communication, keeping shared spaces tidy, and respect for each other’s space.
