It’s a corner house , detatched garage (there’s extra space if you need storage), a large backyard, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Nice size bedroom, wall length closet. You’ll have your own bathroom (only shared when guest come over) Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dining utensils, etc. Open access to kitchen and living room areas, backyard, full size washer and dryer in the home. Wifi, water, electric and gas all included in rent. Room is furnished with a full/queen size bed and vanity/jewlery desk, I can also provide curtains for the room.

Hi Im Christina, I am 32, I am a realtor and have 2 dogs. Bleu is 6 and Honey is 2 yrs old.Both are well trained and stay out of the way for the most part. I work from home some days and other days I could be gone all day showing houses. I like to workout, play tennis, watch docu series, hang with my friends and am pretty chill, lowkey for the most part. I dont have people over often or much at all so would want someone who values keeping the space quiet and serene.
