Hey there! I’m Brooklyn 👋 I’m looking to rent out one or two unfurnished rooms starting in July. My new construction home is on the boarder of East Gilbert/Mesa, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, the common areas, including the backyard patio, are fully furnished.

The neighborhood has some amazing amenities: a luxurious community pool, greenbelt walking paths, multiple picnic areas, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and high-speed internet (included!).

I’m hoping to find a roommate who shares similar energy; ideally a woman around my age who appreciates the commitment of a well kept, peaceful space. If it sounds like we may be a good match, please reach out, I’d love to chat and share additional photos & location details.

I have a small 13 year old Chiweenie, named Bentley, who is very sweet and loves cuddles, but is slightly sassy, so I’d prefer no other pets.

A little about me: I’m a 30 year old female, work in acquisitions (hybrid schedule, working from home 2–3 days a week). I’m a morning person and typically go to bed around 9-10pm. I have a sweet, slightly sassy 13 year old Chiweenie named Bentley who loves cuddles. In my free time, you’ll find me doing Orange Theory workouts, working on DIY home projects, sipping red wine, walking Bentley, reading in a hammock chair, listening to Taylor Swift, spending time with friends and family, enjoying time on the patio by the fire, binging a show, or hanging at the pool.
