One private room for rent ($850) in a two-story home with own bathroom. If there are two persons, we can make another room available and charge $600 each. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Wooded, quiet area with water access. Deck and grill. Tenant will need a car. We’re seeking a tenant who shares our values of kindness and decency, is respectful of the needs of others, and who will share in keeping the place tidy.
