Utilities would be splitted evenly among housemates (to encourage energy saving practices). $1,745/month/person. (Additional charge of $195/month/extra person, $95/month/small pet.) Room comes unfurnished.
Full access to common areas, including backyard pool! Parking spaces available. No smoking/drug of any kind. Clean, friendly, and respectful environment.
Conveniently located close to major freeways, parks, restaurants, and shopping centers. 3 - 7 mins drive (5 - 15 mins bike) to freeway entrances, Starbucks, Safeway, Target, Costco, pickleball and tennis courts, etc. Within 15 mins drive to downtown San Jose, Santana Row, SJSU. Within 30 mins drive to multiple big tech companies.
