Master bedroom w/full bathroom ensuite. The bathroom has a Japanese hot tub and a walk in shower. There is a flat screen TV which has been in use for 1 year connected to our DISH satellite. The second bathroom is in the hall for guests and my family’s use. Close to shopping,restaurants,movie theater, freeway and all of downtown Pleasant Hill. New laminated wood flooring and freshly painted. Family neighborhood great for walking. Large family room and livingroom/dining area. Spacious kitchen with lots of storage space opens to family room.There is a big front yard and a medium sized backyard with fruit trees and side yards. We have central air for air conditioning and heat. We would welcome a single woman with or without a child between 3-12 yrs. old as a rule. Exceptions could be made at my disgression. Kitchen and laundry priviledges. The washer is 5 years old. The dryer is 1 year old. A small pet is welcome.We are setting the rent at 1,000 because we are including utilities which brings the cost down for our renter. Me and my husband and 31 year old son live here in a non- alcoholic , non- smoking home. I am a retired school teacher. My husband is semi-retired. Our son works during the day as a mechanic. We have 1 cat. We are just north of Khol’s Department store in Pleasant Hill. My men are very quiet but friendly. I am the extrovert but know when to give others their privacy.
