The house features two completely independent bedrooms and bathrooms, thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides for maximum privacy. You’ll be the very first to enjoy this lovely room! The home also boasts spacious shared living areas and a generous patio—perfect for relaxing.

You’ll be sharing the home with just one other person—the homeowner, a longtime Corona resident who works nearby. She’s active, clean, and easygoing, and since she’s often out and about, the house stays peaceful and quiet. While she keeps things relaxed, she does value a respectful home environment, so she kindly asks for no pets, no smoking or drugs, and no overnight guests. Single occupancy only.

She’s hoping to find a friendly, responsible tenant for a one-year lease, with the potential to extend. We are looking for someone that can be a great fit so if the listing is posted, the room is still available.
