The room features wall to wall closets and interesting architectural details, including a cathedral ceiling and a decorative geometric window. Owner is willing to furnish if desired. Rent is $900/month for single occupancy and $1200/month for double occupancy (regularly hosting overnight guests more than three nights a week will be considered double occupancy and result in the higher rent). Bills split between all occupants.

Current occupants are a single female working professional and a small, very friendly (maybe too friendly if you’re not a dog person?) toy poodle. Dogs friendly to other dogs welcome, but due to owner’s cat allergy, sadly no cats.
