Centrally located in Serra Mesa (next to Convoy) within 15 minutes driving to either UCSD or SDSU. It’s walking distance to grocery and trails in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is on the upper level of two floors with wonderful natural lighting. Great sunset view from the balcony, and part of a complex that includes hot tub, pool, and laundry. Apartment is fully furnished with new appliances and room can be unfurnished upon request. Utilities are included, with fast WiFi. The carpet will also be updated to laminate in the coming months. No pets or smoking. Great neighbors and easy-going roommate who is busy/away much of the time.
Roommate is a Postdoctoral Scholar (male) who is very quiet, nice, and clean. Seeking a roommate with similar mannerisms. The reason the current roommate (male) is leaving is solely because he’s needing to find something closer to his updated budget, but otherwise they’ve lived together for while and have gotten along well.
