I am a female looking for someone to rent out a private bedroom with a private bathroom in my condo. My sister has moved out so Iām looking for someone ASAP. I am close to Virginia Wesleyan in the beautiful neighborhood of Ridgely Manor. I have a small dog and two cats. The condo is a two-story place, with a new washer and dryer, and an office/guest room if you ever have someone that needs to stay for a night or two!
About the roomies
I currently live in the condo with my small dog and two cats. I am a teacher for Portsmouth Public Schools so Iām gone for most of the weekdays barring the 8-9 weeks I am off for the summer. I am looking for someone nice and trustworthy and would be ok with a 6-month, 9/10-month, or a custom lease if needed.
