The house is a four-bedroom house with a big backyard; you will have your room with a bathroom. You will have full access to the kitchen, the living room space, and the front and back yards.

I will be upgrading the yard, and looking into a pool, patio, and hot tub.

If you bring friends you just need to give us heads up, if there are backyard events like BBQs with friends, let us know a week in advanced. Just so we dont bug you or if we have plans to do stuff in the yard, it won’t conflict with your plans or studies, sleep. I usually don’t mind it, however I am doing a PhD program and if I am doing an exam (which is really rare.) It might not be a good time to have people over for a BBQ with loud music.

Also, we understand hardships (I’ve been there, a starving student trying to pay rent and work a job while in school). We are flexible, and drama free. We can work with you and negotiate, as long as we have communication. An example would be cleaning/making food for us to reduce rent. We don’t expect you to be at our beck and call either. My wife and roommate prefer a female (due to concerns), I am okay with males/female roommates. I have had great experiences with both. We can waive the background check with an interview if you like the place and you think we are a good fit. Typically I have the final say. So guys dont worry about it.
