One bedroom in a 4 unit apartment (downstairs unit). Shared bathroom. Street parking. Coin laundry on site (but there’s a cheaper laundromat a block away). Neighbors have dogs but I don’t have any pets so it’s a dog friendly community. Access to a patio. Walkable to food/bars/laundry and South Park. Close to multiple freeway entrances. Utilities average $100 a month.

I’m 31 and like to host an occasional game night or dinner party. I work weekends so I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home. I’m Very clean, easy going, and value communication. I go to the gym, cook, bake, play pool and love the zoo.
