Looking for cat friendly person who supports an indoor/outdoor cat lifestyle.

No additional pets are allowed. The room is for one lodger only. No drugs, No smoking. Low scent, organic & nontoxic home. Must show proof of renter’s insurance.

Room # 1 (Occupied) has a dedicated workspace, desk, an accent chair AND WALLBED that can be tucked away if more space is needed to work on a project.

Room #2 (Available) has a dedicated workspace, an accent chair and desk queen size bed. *This room must be available for cats to have access to the catio, which is attached to this bedroom’s window via a cat door. The cats enter through the catdoor that is installed in the bedroom door. MUST LOVE CATS!

There is also a small gym area with weights, TRX, power-plate and squat rack. Lots of space in the back for outdoor workouts, relaxing, entertaining or studying.

There is an OUTDOOR shower and bathtub available and a small firepit.

Quiet quaint space to sit outside in the front and backyard whether drinking coffee, reading a book or working on a laptop.

Shared use of a well appointed kitchen, dining room, living room with outdoor fireplace, in-home laundry, and front and backyard spaces.

Less than a half of a mile from hiking trails; Santa Monica Mtns National Park, Pt Mugu State Park, Banyan Park, Satwiwa Visitors Center.

Short drive to Hospitals, Churches, Libraries, Shopping Mall, Theater, Restaurants, Music Venues, Grocery Stores and more.

$57 Application fee for credit check, background check and income verification required. Cleaning Fee is $300.

Below 620 credit score will require co-signer and/or larger deposit. Students accepted. Co-Signer allowed.
