No additional pets. The home has THREE (indoor night/outdoor day) CATS. Renter must like cats, please.

The SHARED bathroom is directly across the hall from the room. Home has an outdoor shower and bathtub too.

Less than a half of a mile from hiking trails; Santa Monica Mtns National Park, Pt Mugu State Park, Banyan Park, Satwiwa Visitors Center.

Short drive to Hospitals, Churches, Libraries, Shopping Mall, Theater, Restaurants, Music Venues, Grocery Stores and more.

$57 Application fee for credit check, background check and income verification required. Cleaning Fee at Move Out is $300.
