Enjoy peaceful living in our furnished share home sanctuary with 3 ladies (2 professional, 1 retired). Bring your own bed. A twin bed frame and some additional bedroom furniture are optional. Share a large complete kitchen, mirrored dining and living room, dayroom, shared bathroom, w/d laundry room, line dry outside patio + 2 other lanai, unusually large gated back yard lush with Mango, Starfruit, Macadamia and Figs and the enchanting front yard with Plumeria and Mock Orange.
$1,225 per month rent includes utilities, Wifi, cable, yard maintenance. $975 deposit is required with application/references and credit check. $10/mo. cash requested for the house “kitty” for shared essentials. Love to swim, SUP, fish and surf? Add optional $300 refundable deposit for use of the FOB to enter Wailupe’s private neighborhood gated dock and boat ramp. Add optional $25 per month to rent half of the car carport. Lots of off street parking available too! The rental agreement offers a 3 month minimum stay followed with month to month option.
No pets, illegal drugs, smoking, excess aroma fragrances are allowed. Enjoy quiet after 10 PM. Professional early riser preferred that is willing to share a few light household chores.
