close to Metra train station, police station and library. house is well maintained, new kitchen remodel, room is spacies and decent size closet. owner comes and cleans common areas once a month. owner does lawn maintenance and garbage takeout.

About the roomies

Currently have 2 young women renting rooms. My daughter lives in the attic apartment and we have another renter (male) living in basement with own entrance. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They all respect each other’s boundaries and keep to themselves.
