About the room

Room for Rent – Private room with shared bath in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, beginning August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027. Rooms come furnished (all new!!bed, desk, dresser). 15 min drive to campus. Bus stop 5 min walk away. Utilities will be an extra $125/month but it includes utilities, internet, (once)monthly cleaner, parking & outdoor storage. There’s a large fenced yard, with firepit. Common areas come furnished, Includes, washer/dryer, BBQ. Parking is off-steet. All the rooms in the house are private rentals.

About the roomies

All of our roomies go through a background check and come from all over. Right now, there are 4 confirmed roommates. We’re all in our early to mid 20’s. We love to do spontaneous things and have fun but we also can have relaxing moments. It would be cool to find someone who loves the outdoors too (new snowboarding partners?) Anyone is welcome, boys or girls! We would however prefer someone closer to our ages, anywhere from 18-25.
