The house is super convenient. Just 4-14 minutes from UCO, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s, Hofo Grocery, Quail Springs Mall, Chisholm Creek, restaurants, and the highway. It’s perfect if you want to be close to everything but still have a peaceful and safe place to come home to.

You’d have one of the two available bedrooms and share a bathroom. The shared spaces are really open and bright, with tall ceilings and a ton of natural light. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (gas stove, French door fridge, microwave, dishwasher) and a pantry, great if you like cooking or just want space to meal prep. There’s also in-unit laundry, a garage with a storm shelter, and a big fenced backyard with a patio.

I’m tidy, respectful, and study/work at the same time. I have no pets, don’t smoke/vape, and rarely have guests over.
