The room features a spacious mirrored closet and access to a shared double sink bathroom. There’s plenty of storage throughout the home, so you’ll never feel cramped. You’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, and game room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, and essentials, and there’s ample space in the pantry and cabinetry for your own groceries and personal items. It’s a comfortable, well equipped home designed to make settling in easy. We’re conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach and close to MiraCosta College, with plenty of nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and great restaurants. It’s the perfect blend of coastal living and everyday convenience.

You’ll be living with 1 couple and 2 guys, everyone’s relaxed, clean, and easy to get along with. We share the space with two adorable dogs. They’re friendly, affectionate, and love belly rubs. A professional cleaner comes every 3 weeks to tidy up the common areas. If you’d like your private room cleaned too, that’s available for a small additional cost. We’re also a 420 friendly home and maintain a laid back, welcoming vibe for everyone.
