I am signed on a lease till August 2026 and plan on going month to month until my affairs are in order. My daughter lives with me, she’s 27 and we are making plans to move abroad together. At that time, the apartment can be signed over to prospective roomies. I will be selling nearly all of my possessions to make this move so this will be a great opportunity to aquire many of the furnishings and art seen here in these photos.
