2400 Sq ft home in quiet subdivision. Close to shopping and restaurants. Private room with own bathroom. Access to kitchen, living room, laundry, and outdoor space with patio furniture and grill. Only non smokers considered. I have one cat and can’t accept other pets.

Mature 60 yr old woman - I have one cat, 2 grown children (who live on their own) and one grandchild who visits on the weekends. I work from home, typically 8-5 during the week. I am usually home on weeknights and enjoy going out on weekends- usually home by 11pm. My home is clean and organized which I need it to stay this way in common places. Having a friend over once I while is fine but please, no parties or Loud music. No smoking, No drugs, cannabis friendly outside only. You buy your own food/drinks, laundry detergent, and personal hygiene items. I will supply toilet paper, towels, etc.
