Available June 12th! This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in the Majestic Hills area close to Mesilla Valley Mall. I live here with my dog, Rosie. The neighborhood is well groomed and serene. Small dogs (20lbs or less) are allowed as long as they are housebroken. No additional charge. Maximum 2 dogs. No cats as I am profoundly allergic. The condo is clean and well maintained. You can park in the driveway.

With one bedroom being a storage room, I only rent to one person at a time. Your bathroom is used four weekday mornings by my caregiver who also keeps it very clean. No smoking in the condo but there are two patios where you can smoke. No druggies or drunks please. Clean and respectful is required. I’m easy to get along with. No drama. No overnight guests. You can come and go as you please any time of day or night. You will have full access to both patios. One has a smaller but almost new grill. Full access to the living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen any time of day or night. I have some very nice cookware you may use. I love to cook and I don’t mind sharing my meals when I do. There is a two year old Refrigerated HVAC unit and I keep it cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. There’s a 43” Smart TV in your room if you want to use it. Also included are my Apps such as: Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock & Paramount+, Cable and WiFi (It’s super fast). Half of the refrigerator/Almost half of the freezer will be available for your use. There will be room for you in several cabinets as well. You can use my spices, dishes, towels, pillows and blankets. No light sleepers please! I’m not loud and I am considerate but noise happens. I don’t want to have to tippy toe around in my own home. By the way, that owl 🦉 in my first picture looks just like the owls that live in the backyard. It’s a large (One square block of condos), unfenced, shared yard. It’s well taken care of and typically calm and peaceful out there. I also want to mention that I am a Medical Marijuana patient. I smoke out in the garage or in my vented bathroom. I’m very relaxed and clean. I will be respectful of your privacy.
