The room is very central and very large. It has a bay window with double panes glass on a quiet street. One friendly cat live in the house. He does not usually enter the room, unless you invite him in. I would consider people with a quiet dog that does not have separation anxiety when left alone. The main rules of the house are no shoes indoors, most importantly the front & back doors need to be locked and closed at all time, and windows cannot be left open without a screen…cat safety first. The building has a rooftop.
I am a an extremely non judgmental open minded female in my late 30s. I am from France & from Morocco, and I’ve lived in the US for a long time.
