For rent is a private bedroom (1 of 2 available bedrooms) with a sharded bathroom in a spacious house near Lake Montebello and Clifton Park.

On street parking is plentiful and not restricted. The house comes with one roommate who has his own bathroom.

This room has new midnight blue walls and is 132 square feet not including the closet, new carpet, double sliding door closets, 9 ft high ceilings, recessed lighting, plenty of outlets, and two windows.

A queen size bed and new mattress are available for use.

The bathroom has everything a bathroom has, with a new faucet.

The kitchen is large with modern amenities - dishwasher, refrigerator with ice machine and water dispenser, granite counter tops, pantry, small appliances, etc.

There’s a large dining room table with a large table, a big back deck, and big backyard with a firepit.

Rent is $750 for this bedrooms plus utilities (BGE, water, cleaning person, internet), which are a little more in the winter and summer respectively.

Ryan V, early 40s, is a personal trainer. Before I moved out I lived with him for two years. He’s super friendly and a great communicator. He is into lifting weights, gaming, and travel. He’s also passionate about cultivating community through men’s support and social groups. He has the Master’s suite with his own bathroom.

Lypsi is Ryan’s female pit. She suffered a leg injury as a puppy and is a little hobbly but she is a total sweetiepie who loves everybody. If you don’t pet her she does a cute low growl and she dances before being fed. She is sweet with people, including children, however does not tend to do well with other animals (but we still love your pet!).

About me, the property owner: I’m Matt and have owned and lived in the home since 2012. I’m a high school history teacher. I have loved living in this house, but the commute to my job is too long so I moved closer to work. As the property owner, I want to provide you with an excellent living experience where if something goes wrong with the house you can depend on me to address it. I plan to work with you honestly, respectfully, and transparently. I’ve been a renter and have had some great and not so great landlords, so I know how stressful a bad landlord can make a person’s life. I do not wish to do that to anyone. My goal is for you have a happy living experience.
