It’s a one-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a large kitchen and a tank storage room. I only need use one bedroom, so looking for a roommate for the other bedroom, the bathroom needs to be shared, so prefer to a female. I brought some furniture and kitchen devices and small facilities; Feel free to use them if you need. One month’s security deposit $400 needed and the rent $400 base plus utilities or $500 includes all the basic bills of water, gas, internet and Power. MIN stay is better 6+ months and leave free if inform 1-month early. We can talk the details if you are interested. The property office needs to have the background check or application managing if you want to add the name in the list. (If not add, then might not need.) The bedrooms’ Apt has the large sitting room and kitchen with wood floors and two standard bedrooms (carpet Freshed), the wall is fresh painted too. There is walking closet in your bedroom which I already cleaned and sanitized. The Apartment is close to school community and a park nearby. 24 hours’ Cam. in the neighborhood and free parking. The property won’t allow the dog pet. Other small pets might be fine. The neighborhood is at the local school communities which is very nice and friendly, with parks and sport fields nearby, the scenery is beautiful in spring and summer. There are Grocery stores, local bank’s location, CVS, restaurants and Library, gas stations etc. nearby in downtown with a walking distance.

I am quiet, no smoking, no drinking, like clean, rarely cooking at home. I am looking for a roommate for my new APT to have the other bedroom. I typically stay in my room most of the time after work or weekends. I will have travels or visit my family or my friends, so sometimes, I won’t be at home. I am looking for the single lady or gentleman (lady preferred) who’s nice and has the good reputation, stable job to pay the monthly rent on time also good living habit, No smoking pls as roommate. I love dogs and cats as pets, unfortunately, the property won’t allow dogs and the Apt might not be available to have pets for roommate.
