The house features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, a large 4-car driveway, and a beautiful backyard with a patio perfect for relaxing or enjoying some sunshine. About the Room & House: • Private Bedroom & Bathroom: Located on the first floor, the quiet and comfortable bedroom comes furnished with a brand-new mattress (still in the bag), a matching dresser, nightstand, and a large full-size leaning mirror. Furniture can be removed if preferred. • Private Bathroom Access: Connected directly to the bedroom, bypassing the hallway for added privacy and convenience. • Shared Spaces: Full access to a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and large backyard patio. • Laundry: A large laundry room with a sink and super-silent washer/dryer is right next to your bathroom. You’ll need to provide your own laundry supplies. • Parking: Street parking is available, with potential driveway space for 3-4 cars (no garage parking/storage). If you have an EV, a Tesla charger is available for use. • Security: The property is equipped with an alarm system and Ring cameras at all entrances for peace of mind.
