Hi! My current roommate got a job out of state and is moving at the end of September. The property is a 3-floor townhouse with an unfinished basement for storage. The 2nd floor is available to rent and includes 2 bedrooms (one is smaller, appropriate for an office) and a private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared.
