NO PETS. This peaceful, sunny space is furnished with bed, couch, closet, and laundry, own full bath - all on ground floor. There is plenty of living space and everything you will need in the kitchen. Note: There is no space for more appliances except a coffee machine.

Kitchen is shared and should be kept tidy. We use the dishwasher versus washing dishes. It keeps the counter clear for making food and the dishes are cleaner. Many homeowners who offer rooms do not share the kitchen at all. I do - because I can’t imagine not having a kitchen. That said, I do set some simple limits. Wiping down the counters, stove and frig handles after cooking; recycling everything; cleaning out old food from frig weekly, normal kitchen hygiene. I also prefer long personal phone calls to be conducted in personal space. Parking: You have your own driveway parking spot. Occasional overnight guests, okay, but not routine. The “in-town” neighborhood is highly sought after, with a CVS, library, restaurants, 2 theaters and more - just an 7-minute walk. Happy to show you around, take you to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods. It’s all close-by. Take a 5-min walk to Ballard Park for free Tuesday and Thursday night summer concerts. Quality live music affiliated with WFUV.
