Furnished room with walk in closet. Room has double sized bed, 2 side tables, lamp, clock, desk/chair, dresser, and ceiling fan. Please bring your own bedding and towels. No eating in room (new carpet). On second floor, left side of house, above dining room. Located 4 minutes from Flower hospital in Sylvania. 14 minutes from University of Toledo. 15 minutes to Toledo hospital. 10 minutes to Franklin Park mall. Quiet street, end of cul-de-sac, very nice and safe neighborhood. House has doorbell and driveway cameras. Shared laundry and kitchen, both on first floor. Parking on street. No pets. Looking for someone who is neat and tidy who will vacuum room at least once a month. If using kitchen then cleaning up after yourself including putting dishes in dishwasher, hand washing pots and knives and wiping down surfaces. Internet is not included. Cell service is good. Students or traveling nurses get discounted rent. Security deposit required to hold room. Rent is due on the first and will be prorated based on move in/move out dates.
I am single mom. I own and live in the house with my 2 teenage kids, one boy one girl. We all have our own rooms. We mostly keep things neat and tidy. We have two cats that mostly stay in sons bedroom. We may rent out a 5th room upstairs also. We enjoy board and card games. Son plays video games. We enjoy movies, plays and musicals. I enjoy walking at the local parks. We work and go to school. Typically getting ready at 6am and home between 3 and 4 on weekdays. Summertime varies. Kids may be visiting dad or we may be traveling.
