One driveway parking spot available, on first come first serve. Max 1 vehicle per tenant. Do not block mailbox when parking on street.

A background check is part of my vetting process. I prefer to do in person interview to see if we have chemistry as roommates, but will do video calls.

I live in the front of the property with my daughter who is in college right now and comes home on holidays and summers. As of April of this year, I have one female tenant in one of the rooms. I am open to short (1-3 months) and mid term (6 months) stays.
