Located off I30, Cooks exit. 15 minutes from downtown FTW 10 minutes from Cowboys stadium 10 minutes from NE Mall & Parks Mall. Bus stop at the end of street. One floor, no stairs.

Room C is one of 3 small furnished rooms with twin bed, a large Ikea storage unit, small ottoman, and chair. See more on Youtube, Betterhood Properties. Currently one other roommate, female.

There is one shared bathroom in the main hall for roommates. All are responsible to pitch in for consumables such as toilet paper and paper towel. Weekly cleaning schedule posted for common areas. TV in common area with WiFi. Back patio area and yard with some seating.

Kitchen is free to use, but you must clean up after yourself, especially with appliances.

The washing machine is currently out of order but the dryer works.

One driveway parking spot available, first come first serve. Street parking for all else. Max 1 vehicle per roommate.

Environment: the neighborhood is quiet. My household is quiet. Mature working adults. I don’t smoke or drink and prefer the same for my roommates. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS USE.

I have security cameras in common areas for safety. Everyone gets background checks.

I live in the front of the property with my daughter who is in college and is home on holidays and summers. I am a Christian woman who does not smoke, drink, or cuss. I’m very peaceful and easy going. Seeking similar roommates. I respect other beliefs as long as they don’t interfere with mine. Lease agreement starts at 3 months then converts to month to month. The current vibe is super chill. Everyone coordinates their own cooking schedule.

We have a flexible chore / task chart to keep everyone accountable for keeping the house clean and pitching in for consumables such as dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies.
