You will be renting a spacious 1B/1B with an Ocean View from your bed! This place is a must see! Available to move in MAY 1st. Good credit is mandatory along with proof of income.

You need to be reliable, friendly and considerate housemate. I am looking for a male between the ages of 25-40. This apartment is ideal for anyone who is looking for an easy-going environment with close access to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and bars in beautiful downtown Laguna Beach.

What You Get: Your ocean view detached bedroom (12 x 10) will comfortably fit a Queen or Kind Bed. There is also an ample amount of closet and living space. Double bedroom doors open into Very large common living room also with Ocean Views! You will have your own separate & private clean bathroom with shower and large vanity area.

There is a (12 x 12) deck with an outdoor seating area for relaxing after work and watching the Panoramic Ocean views! We will share a Large Kitchen with an island that opens into the large common area.

Our Apartment is on the top floor of a spacious complex and boasts high ceilings, fireplace, and lots of natural light. We are lucky to be in a great neighborhood with direct access to a washer and dryer, POOL, BBQ and ample street parking.

Walk to downtown in 5 minutes, close access to all major freeways. You will have walking access to coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, yoga, and the beach.

I am a 42yr old male, young professional, easy going and very social, not looking to party every night but enjoy having a good time and having people over occasionally. Also looking for the same in a roommate. I am a Very active and personable. On the weekends, I often play basketball, golf, and enjoy the outdoors.
