This is a duplex home and my apartment is on the top floor with a driveway and backyard entrance included.

Two bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment. I am renting the second bedroom and the hallway bathroom. Any of my guests would use my bathroom in the master bedroom. One parking space in driveway included for you as well as use of the common areas which are fully furnished.

Walking distance to the walking mall and the Green Circle Trail is in our backyard! Walkable to bus stops as well. Unique to have driveway parking along S Kent street so it’s definitely a plus!

I have discounted the rent because I am needing to find someone to let my two dogs out while I’m at work and feed them dinner Wednesday-Saturdays.

I am a 35 year old female with two dogs. One is large black lab one year old puppy and the other is medium and grandma age (11). I work wed, thurs, Friday nights and all day Saturdays hence needing help letting the dogs out. I love walking the dogs and hitting the hiking trails on weekends weather permitting and live a quiet lifestyle. When I am not working I am reading in my room, active outdoors with the dogs or at the gym. I do have guests over once a week or so but we usually call it quits by 10 pm if not sooner. I prefer a roommate who does not smoke or drink.
