Close to highway and down town. No living room or kitchen items necessary. We can share utensils, dishware, dining and living room furniture. Tile flooring. Guest bedroom (Shared bathroom) available. For picture/video of home
About the roomies
Courtney (25) and Matt (30). Matt works from home and will have a private office so there is no need to mute your daily activities. Added security of having someone home at all times. We are both fully employed at all times. I currently work two jobs, 1 from home on Sundays and the other 5 mins away. We are both students as well. Our other roommate, Jake, works long hours and is very easy going and quiet. We have all lived together for 2+ years. We are all fairly quite and rarely have people over. We enjoy going to breweries and on bike rides/hikes in our free time. We expect a clean living environment, although we do understand occasional messiness. The bathrooms must be cleaned at least every two weeks (Shower, Sink, Toilet) and dishes should not be kept in the sink for more than 24 hours. We will take care of the floors seeing as we have two cats and a dog. My dog is 6 lbs and very friendly. We are open to having another dog as well. You will be expected to fully clean your space (Professional Carpet Cleaning) before moving out for a deposit refund. There will be no shared non perishables (Coffee, laundry detergent, etc) but we are open to sharing perishable items like creamer, and milk if everyone contributes equally. We are normally asleep by 11 pm and awake by 6 am. Trump supporters please do not apply. Thank you
