About the room
3+ bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Two dogs. Fenced in yard. Near transit (Lake & 35W). LGBTQIA+ pref. All utilities included and basic household goods (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, pantry staples) The main floor is where the dogs stay. They are not allowed upstairs. However, if you have a dog you can have your dog in your room if you want. And I dogsit for free if you’re gone. There’s a cute Fisher Price looking espresso machine that does the job, but isn’t industrial grade. It’s a cute house in the heart of the city and there’s a lot around.
About the roomies
GWM, 44, two dogs, likes to garden, play acoustic guitar, cook and paint. I clean the kitchen every night before bed and typically clean out the fridge on Sundays (trash day is Mondays). I’m Vegetarian. I share food, flowers, and art supplies but you don’t have to. The art room has exploded with my half-lifetime photo album project, but I’m getting it done and then cleaning it up. Potentially another roommate in addition to you. The smaller bedrooms are $600 when available and the large bedroom is $1,000 and IS available and comes with an attached 3.5 bath that has a new Bluetooth speaker in the fanlight. There is another tentative roommate for a smaller room. I’m flexible if you want to make a smaller bedroom work, but they aren’t ready today. It’s really important that you like dogs, they like you already.
